REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n

Registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a \u20ac1 deposit is required and will become rental credit to use later on.<\/p>\n

RENTAL<\/h3>\n

Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically. <\/p>\n

PAUSE RIDE<\/h3>\n

Pause your ride without ending the rental. Simply pause your ride in the app and close the lock. The rental stays active during the pause and will be charged as usual.<\/p>\n

RETURN<\/h3>\n

Return your bike at any official station or within the non-coloured zone without surcharge. In the yellow zone, the return is possible with a \u20ac1 surcharge. At three stations<\/strong>Station Swisttal - Fronhof
Station Swisttal - Odendorf Station
Rheinbach Station Rheinbach<\/span><\/span>, welo AND Eifel e-bike bikes can be returned and thus switched to the neighboring rental system Eifel e-Bike<\/strong><\/a>. Press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from the zones or stations, a service fee of at least \u20ac20 will be charged. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Return your cargobike to its home station which is printed on the transport box and press the FrameLock lever down to lock it. Our tariffs<\/h2>

Up to four bikes can be rented at the same time on one account. The monthly\/annual subscription and special conditions usually only apply to the first bike. The monthly subscription is valid throughout Germany except for Oldenburg, Usedom, Nuremberg and Bremen.<\/p>\n

VRS subscribers (including the Deutschlandticket) and students cycle for less. To link your account, simply enter your VRS chip card number when selecting your partner during registration or in the app wallet.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>
